Justin, our friend from Princeton Tec Lights www.princetontec.com, took a trek this past weekend on his Outland RC 29er. Here’s what Justin had to say about his 400 mile journey –
“ Over the past weekend I took the bike, complete with Tour Divide race setup, from Pittsburgh to Philly in the 400 mile crush the commonwealth self supported race. Certainly the route, almost 100miles of rail trail and over 300miles of road, would have been much quicker/easier on a road bike but this allowed me to really get a good feel for the bike over a long haul. I ended up doing a double century the first day, slept for 5 hours, and then somewhere around 230 miles the second day.
There is a post on the blog: http://www.livingonthedash.com/?p=1016, and a picture attached of the race setup.”
