My first Fuji was…
It stood out as a bike that could commute on the road and I knew I would use it when I rode with family. The Fuji was fitted at performance bicycles and a gift from my mom.
What kind of impact did cycling have on your life?
It releases endorphins; the "feel good" drug that accompanies attitude towards the end of ride so I can relax and have a less stressful day. The Fuji bike made it across Iowa from Onawa, IA to Davenport, IA in seven days with no flats and one change of tire. It held a tent, sleeping bag, and clothes. The bike ride is called Ragbrai and I went as a bandit. I encourage people to ride as a team and register on the embarkment to engage with others and enjoy all the wonderful food, music, and drinking. It's like a party, but teams are necessary, unless you dare to ride alone.
